Mahmudul Islam (Shohag) is a dedicated and compassionate leader who has lived and worked in Singapore for the past 12 years. He work as a Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator, Outside his professional role, Shohag is a strong advocate for the migrant community

His commitment to service is evident in his work to advance digital literacy and workplace safety among migrant workers. Among his key initiatives was a Microsoft PowerPoint training in October 2025 at Connection One Tower 2, Jalan Bukit Merah. Led by Shohag, the program aimed to strengthen students’ computer and presentation skills. In January 2026, he spearheaded a Graphic Design Training workshop at SMU, emphasizing that design builds creative, technical, and problem-solving skills valuable across all fields. His hands-on, collaborative approach made the initiative highly impactful.

Guided by a belief in collective goodwill, Shohag views volunteering as both a way to give back and to inspire others. He sees uplifting others as one of the most meaningful contributions a person can make. Through his work, he continues to create a ripple effect of kindness, empowerment, and solidarity.
